Since we are slowly approaching our Independence Day I thought it was appropriate to choose a beer that is American as it gets: the 21st Amendment Brew Free or Die.
21st Amendment Brew free or die is a beer brewed by the
21st Amendment Brewery in San Francisco, Ca.
This beer is an America IPA and is a nice 7% ABV beer. This Freedom beer pours a huge 3 plus finger beer and is thick with a golden orangeish yellow color. The aroma is of tropical fruity hops with orange, pineapple, and grapefruit, very sweet smell. The beer is pretty malty which helps balance out the tropical fruits and the hops. The drink is pretty dry with medium carbonation, so its not like you are going to be rolling out the bar if you have one or two.
When drinking this beer everybody should just think about the 21st Amendment and how great it is to have the freedom to drink as many and as much alcohol as you see fit. Get out there and exercise your Freedom as a human being!
